English Teachers Needed - Yangdpu District - Shanghai

Location: Shanghai (Yangpu District)

Job description:
- Maximum of 18 classes per week - 1h a class;
- 8-12 students per class;
- Provide professional English classes for 3-12 aged children according to schools curriculum system;
- Preparing lesson plans and timely communication with parents;
- Collecting parents and students feedback, thereafter timely responses. Dealing with possible complaints from parents and students;
- Participate in training, workshops and communication meetings frequently to improve teaching performances;
- Participate in teaching and marketing activities, such as Demo lessons and clubs;
- Attend school-held social events;

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with a Bachelors degree highly preferred;
- 1-2 years ESL teaching experience with a TEFL or TESOL certificate

The teacher will be offered:
- Monthly Wage: 19k-23k
- Paid annual & sick leave
