JOIN OUR COMPANY!
Come and join our successful and growing company, USA Sishu, teaching ESL English to students 6 to 15 years-old. We are seeking teachers and tutors to work from home teaching students online. Students are located in China. Full training and teaching material is provided. Come be part of a fun and supportive team with wonderful students eager to learn.

HOURS
Work hours available are 6:00pm to 9:00 pm China Time, Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Minimum hours required are 1 week day shift or 1 weekend shift. Teachers are especially needed for weekend hours.

WORKING ONLINE
We will provide the computer program needed to teach students by the internet. A quiet room, a high speed internet connection, and fast operating computer is required for the position.（Upload speed at least 10 M/s）


SALARY
Salary is $15 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses. Probation is 2 months with payments made by the number of classes taught. After 2 months your hours and income will increase. After 2 months, your salary will be by the hour instead of by the number of classes taught. Salary is paid by Paypal. No deposit is required for our teaching positions.

REQUIREMENTS
1. To qualify for the position you must have experience teaching or tutoring students.
2. Certified paraprofessionals and those with an Associate's degree are welcome to apply. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
3. A quiet room, a high speed internet connection, and fast operating computer is required for the position.
4. Candidates need to be available for the shifts listed above.
5. Candidates must be able to speak slowly and clearly.
