Specific Responsibilities and Main Duties:
1、 按公司要求准备咖啡及饮料；Prepare Coffee and beverages to Farine standards;
2、 对所有产品都需要按健康、安全及卫生的指导方针执行；Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products;
3、 在工作中执行的每一步都需按照公司的营运政策和制度；Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station;
4、 保持工作区域的干净整洁Keep work area neat.
5、 按照公司标准执行商品推销、库存、轮班及保管产品；Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products;
6、 协助其他店员向客人提供服务并销售产品；Assist other shop sales to serve customers and sell products.
7、 礼貌、友好及明确的方式与客人沟通；Communicate to the customer in a polite, friendly and clear manner;
8、 根据排班表按清洁标准执行清洁卫生工作；Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards and works as a store team member;
9、 培训新员工并保持工作质量的一贯性；Train new staff and maintain consistency quality;
10、 确保个人卫生及制服的整洁；Ensure personal hygiene and uniforms are neat;
