Required:
-Young, outgoing native English speaker (American preferred)
-Graduate from top American universities (bachelor degree or above preferred)
-Strong background in literature and grammar
Preferred:
Previous teaching experience in related areas (SSAT,TOEFL,etc.)and applicants with a TESOL certificate or
English teaching experiences have priority.
About us:
-The students are all from local primary schools and middle schools.
-Small classes, around 5-8 people per class.
-One campus in Yangpu District near Line 8 An Shan Xin Cun, or near Line 10 Siping Road
-Currently we have several levels of English reading, writing, and speech courses.
-We will expand to SSAT and TOEFL as well.
The English course:
-Help students develop critical reading and writing skills.
-Not only assist with comprehension, but also make sure students understand and use strategies that will help them read successfully on their own.
-Build up a much wider vocabulary base.
-Teachers may choose from our materials and books.
-Students are separated into several classes according to their English level.
Time:
-50 minutes teaching time per class.
-Weekdays: late afternoon/early evening
-Weekends: morning/afternoon/early evening
-5 days a week, about 35-40 hours per week. (includes teaching and planning time)
