I'm looking for a flat mate to share the 2br apartment with me, as current flat mate is leaving the country in Aug.
I rented directly from landlord so there is no agent in between, i.e. no unreasonable forfeit of deposit and no agency fee.
The apartment is a 30-second walk (literally) from Subway. 5 min from Ahzhen (Global Trade Center), 10 min from Yonghegong Lama Temple/ Sanyuanqiao, 20 min from Sanlitun/ Houhai area. Three city parks (Ditan Park, Qingnianhu Park, Liuyin Park) and famous colleges (UIBE, BUCT, etc.) nearby. Neighborhood is quiet, clean and peaceful. Supermarkets nearby for local/ foreign goods.
Rent is 4400 (negotiable) per mo. Short-term is also considered. No agency fee as I myself reached the landlord, who is a nice, Beijing old lady who is helpful in many ways. It would be perfect if you are non-smoking and neat.
