【Looking for a Flatmate】a Two-Bedroom Apartment Near Taiyanggong/Sanyuanqiao

I have a room currently available in a 2 bedroom apartment in Xibahe, 10 minutes walking from the Liufang subway sation, line 13, one station away from Dongzhimen. I hope to find a new flatmate since it’s uncertain when my old flatmate can come back to Beijing.
Information about the flat:
1. The flat has 2 bedrooms , 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 living room. It is fully furnished with couch, TV, washing machine, 30M wifi.etc.
The room available is the master bedroom.
2.The traffic is convenient, it takes around 10 minutes to central places including Sanlitun, Guomao, Liangmaqiao by taxi.
3.There are nice restaurants, bars and cafes around, a Carrefour supermarket. The China International Exhibition Center is one block away. Night view from the window is very nice.
Payment: 3700 RMB/month, pay every three months
