We are a growing school in a beautiful seaside city with clean beaches, clean air, and a wonderful living environment. Located about 1 hour from Yantai in Shandong Province, Penglai is home to many attractions including wineries, vineyards, beautiful beaches and much, much more. The cost of living is lower here so you are able to save more of your salary than in the larger cities. Our school is a private training school with most of our students coming from the primary schools (ages 8-12) but we do have classes with teenagers and adults. In Penglai, we enjoy a higher standard of living because of the low costs and a higher quality of life because of the location and environment.
Salary: 6000-8000rmb per month (negotiable)
20 Hours per week maximum (compensation for overtime)
No office hours
Free furnished apartment with Internet available
All negotiations concerning salary and compensation will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview and included in the contract.
Requirements:
4 year university degree in any field (if nationality is US, UK or EU, Aus, NZ, Can, or S. African)
4 year university degree in English Studies or related English field (if nationality is not from the above list)
TESOL is preferred but not required
Be of good character and open to working with students of different ages and backgrounds
