Our headquarters is located in Qingdao with subsidiaries in Suzhou, Tianjin, Hefei, Dalian, Guangzhou and Shanghai. We executed newly build projects, renovations, extensions as well as interior projects.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Get investment information or plant construction plans from foreign customers through channels;
2. As the project leader, carry out technical and business negotiations with customers for the project, so as to promote the signing of the project contract;
3. Other tasks arranged by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirement:
1/ Major in civil engineering, architecture, building environment and equipment, project management, building electrical, etc.
2/ Experience in architectural design or construction management;
3/ Strong business negotiation skills; Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills.
