2. Assist the Dean in charge of scientific research, responsible for making scientific research management regulations to standardize management and its practice.
3. Take charge of international cooperation and academic exchanges to expand the influence of the school domestic and overseas.
4. Take charge of laboratory construction.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.

2. Work experience in administrative management in college is mandatory requirement, Strong organization, coordination, communication skills, and team and service awareness.
3. With educational background of process equipment and control, precision instrument, food science and engineering or relevant disciplines. Outstanding performance in relevant academic fields, and have become academic leader or possess high academic influence.
4. Capable of taking a full-time job at XJTU.
5. With high professional title and degree of Ph.D. under the age of 50 in good physical health.
Salary and Welfare
1. Annual Basic Salary: RMB 340,000 (before tax)
2. Annual Medical Insurance: RMB 2,000 (Comprehensive Medical Insurance for visitors from foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan)
3. Annual Accommodation Subsidy: RMB 50,000 (Furnishings and electric appliances provided)
4. Annual Bonus: RMB 100,000 (before tax)
5. Vacation: Paid (summer vacation, winter vacation and national holidays)
6. Work Visa: processed and paid by XJTU (RMB 1000)
