Our hotel is a five star one, owned by a French group. It is the best hotel in Weifang. In our Chinese restaurant, All-Day Dining Restaurant and Specialties Restaurant, we provide traditionally cooked food, while in the Grand Ballroom and Function rooms, we can meet the needs of all types of international banquets and business meetings.
Weifang, a flourishing industrial city of eight million inhabitants, is situated in central Shandong. It has also a rich cultural history, natural resources and splendid landscapes. The city attracts a lot of tourists every year, those ones coming for historical sites like the Yangjiabu Folklore Grand Park and the Ten Tablets Garden.
Our hotel is situated in downtown Weifang and we've always given a high place to the kite culture. Nearby the hotel, you can find lot s of malls, buildings and even a Imax cinema.
Tasks
• supervise the Front office, handle with guests requests
• act as Manager in the absence of the department's heads
• review arrivals on a daily basis : VIP, Club Member, Regular guests, groups, special requests
• help to maintain good relationship between all departments
• assist in handling with claimed reservations and turn-away according to the Hotel Policies
• know all about the room prices, discounts, packages, facilities, events
• make sure that guests' complaints are taken into account so that they don't leave the hotel dissatisfied
• assist in department training and assessments
Requirements
• very good English and French skills
• positive and forwarding attitude
• excellent oral skills, management skills
• be easy-going
