JOB DESCRIPTION
● Licang District, Qingdao City
● Kindergarten ESL teacher
● Need a foreign teacher
● salary is Before tax,

Requirement:
● Native English speakers prefer
● With rich teaching experience, those with 3-6 children's teaching experience are preferred;
● Love early childhood education, love and patience;
● In teaching, you can fully mobilize the learning interest of kindergartens and create a good language environment;
● Work carefully, have good communication skills and teamwork ability.
Responsibilities:
● Report directly to the Local Principal and Foreign Principal of the School (except for all matters relating to the English School Curriculum) and undertake all general tasks assigned by both Principals.
● Report directly to the Foreign Principal of the School on all matters relating to the School Curriculum and undertake all School Curriculum tasks assigned by the Foreign Principal.
● Be the Teacher and be fully responsible for the daily running of the class.
● Be a good team worker and especially to work harmoniously together with an English Speaking Local Matching Qualified Teacher who will be deployed in the same class.
● Participate in the training and implementation of the curriculum and its related programs.
● Make good preparation and be present in the classroom/school on time.
● Ensure full implementation of planned curriculum and all activities organized by the school.
● Introduce programs to enhance school teaching and strengthen the rapport between parents and school.
● Responsible in the setup of learning environment in the classrooms and assist in the setup of learning environment of the whole Kindergarten.
● Adhere to all the requirement and regulation by the authorities.
● Carry out plans and programs set by the board.
