1. Publicize company’s management ideas and company culture, promote sales and launch new menus regularly.
2. Announce and implement instructions and regulations assigned by group management.
3. Formulate and implement business plan, Analysis and summarizes the operation situation in time, accomplish various business targets.
4. Performs duties common to all supervisor and other duties as may be assigned, Arrange and manage store employees.
5. Maintain clean sanitation and manage store safety.
6. Supervise and audit accounting job.
7. Offer high level service standards, and handle customer complaints and suggestions timely.
8. Set and review staff KPI base on business.
9. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
10. External affairs management.
11. Review performance report periodically with group management.
12. Manage weekly training plan for new staff and current staff base on business demand.
Requirement:
1. 2 years’ experience on restaurant manager and management experience in F&B, prior experience in China is a plus.
2. With strong organization, analysis, public relations, coordination and leadership skills and ownership.
3. Confidence, energetic, strong work ethic, attention to details, and computer skills
4. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5. Salary RMB 15k to 18K per month
6. 6 days off / months.
