4)By making sure every guest, when seated, is given menu and offered drinks and intros (displaying good menu knowledge to advise on allergies).
5)By actively selling and recommending menu items, where appropriate, to increase sales and drive average spend per head (ASPH).
6)By taking payment from guests promptly, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and the correct money is exchanged.
7)By ensuring all monies are securely handled and accurately balanced at end of shift.
8)By ensuring your section and working areas are kept clean, tidy, set and stocked up at all times.
9)By taking bookings as necessary ensuring all relevant information (times, contact names and numbers, special requirements) are recorded in diary.
10)By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed below for Host.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1)At least 3 year working experience in the western restaurant
2)Hard working, outgoing, friendly and honest
3)Strong team play spiritual
4)Good English or chinese speaking and nice appearance
5)Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6)Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7)Applicants must be willing to work in Shanghai.
