Class Size: 3-12yrs kids & 1 adult (vip)
Requirements:
1) Native English speaker only
2) Bachelor’s Degree or above
3) 2 years working experience at least
4) No criminal record cert.
5) Teaching experience preferred
4) TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate required
5) A genuine interest in teaching and professional development
6) Open-minded, dynamic, cultural sensitivity and professional
Flexibility
Responsibilities:
1) Research & develop curriculum
2) Plan lessons
3) Organize art activities
4) Establish life and Culture clubs
5) Help students and other teachers work together
6) Train new teachers and other staffs
Salary and Benefits
1) 40 hours for 5 days per week with a maximum of 17 teaching hours(25 academic hours), 2 days off during week days.
2) Monthly salary: 12k-15k+ RMB after tax with annual raise (based on experience, qualifications), those with outstanding achievements may have to the chance to hold a certain percentage of company share
3) 10 days leave plus 1 day extra for every year at the company up to 15 days annually, and all Chinese public holidays off and a Christmas break
4) Help get accommodation for new coming teachers.
5) Flight reimbursement offered.
6) Anything over above can get paid over time.
7) Student retention bonus of RMB50 per student and quarterly bonus of RMB1000 if KPIs being exceed
