Job Description
Duties:
1)Responsible for establishing new contacts with book agents, publishers and magazines abroad;
2)Make practical marketing expansion plans to help publish the book in English-speaking countries; make corresponding financial forecast and budgets to gain necessary resources;
3)Capable of individually negotiating, communicating and accepting any business with potential publishing organizations;
4)Responsible for collecting relevant data in the industry to carry out analysis on the market and competitors; assist in strategic research on the market;
5)Responsible for collecting data on foreign publishing industry and carry out behavior analysis for targeted publishers and magazines and, based on which, offer marketing advice;
6)Responsible for maintaining partner relations, including dealing with enquiries, complaints and such.
Requirements:
1)Bachelor degree or above;
2)English as first language or at a near-native level;
3)Experience or contacts in the publishing field;
4)Have the ability to individually develop publishing connections and carry out negotiations;
