We are looking for a very presentable, smart and hard working Customer Service Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for front desk management
• Create a strategy for customer relation, retention and management • Create and train all aspects of customer communication
• Create, train and ensure proper English language use through-out En Space
• Be the main point of contact for international clients
• Be knowledgeable in all aspects of En Space Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Conversational in Mandarin Chinese
• Willingness to learn a new industry Compensation and Working conditions
• Salary (NET in RMB): 10,000 Base with 3,000 in bonus • Work Visa Provided • Basic Insurance
