Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Tendering of new projects including demolition, new works projects, A&A works, luxury fitting out projects and maintenance / term contracts;
Pre. Contract & post contract QS works and cost control;
Liaise with Clients, consultants, subcontractors and Internal Project Staff for commercial matters.

Job Requirements: -
A holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building & construction related discipline;
Minimum 5 years QS related work experience;
Experience in luxury fitting out projects will be an advantage;
Self-motivated and can work independently;
Need to station at site office if required;
Good PC knowledge;
Proficient command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
Immediate available will be an advantage
Station in Macau
