Responsibilities：
* Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students(3years old-17 years old).
* Make corresponding teaching plan according to the level of each student.
* Be responsible for student teaching of English reading,speaking,writing and listening.
* No office hour，but with max teaching academic hour and overtime bonus.
Requirements:
* Excellent teaching ability of English speaking and listening
* Bachelors degree or above
* Possess English education qualification such as TESOL certificate.
* Gender requirement: Unspecific
* No Criminal Record" for the time you living is needed.
* Native English speaker .
FT Salary package:
7000 RMB without teaching experience(during and after probation)
7500 RMB teaching experience but less 1-year (during and after probation)
8500 RMB teaching experience within 1-3 years(during and after probation)
9000 RMB teaching experience more than 3 years(during and after probation)
A salary increase of 0 to 10% is paid to teachers signing for a second year contract;
1000 RMB allowance for a senior title;
9000 RMB Flight Allowance (4500 paid at 6 months and 4500 paid at 12 months completion of contract)
Shared accommodation or an accommodation allowance to find your own (1700 RMB)

10 Paid holidays within the first year; 12days within the second year, 15days for the third and more years.

ACH bonus: 500RMB or 1000RMB if the average teaching hours exceed 70% and 90% during peak and non-peak seasons
