Manage online store for both Hong Kong and China markets, including product list update with correct specification information and database management
Handle online store platform development / enhancement project with good sense of user experience and creativity
Interact with our customers and reply to customers’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Execute promotion programs using various online marketing channels to acquire new customers and nurture customer loyalty
Article development on online social media platforms & forums
Keep tracking and evaluation of marketing initiatives
Create/manage content for our social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Who we are looking for:
Degree holder in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing or related disciplines with 2 years of experience in proven successful digital campaign management
Familiar with online and digital sales & marketing channels such as facebook ads, google adwords and organic traffic generation
Knowledge with multimedia and Web, including PPC/SEM/SEO
Familiar with web tools, web page layout and web interface technologies (e.g.. Flash Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) is preferred
Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proactive, creative and result oriented;
Proficient with social media (WeChat, Facebook, Twitter)
Excellent command of English IS A MUST
