After a successful interview, a demo class, and a teacher training webinar, work will begin immediately.
Who we are:
91WaiJiao.com. We are a China based online English tutoring company, connecting students in China with US English tutors. We launched in early 2013, and now host hundreds of classes per day.
If you:
Have a four-year college degree or previous ESL teaching experience
Are enthusiastic and professional
Have great communication and presentation skills
Have ability to motivate students
Have ability to SPEAK SLOWLY and explain things to people, especially to children, who can't speak English!
Have teaching experience in China(big plus!)
Are an expert on teaching children and kids whose mother tongue is not English (big plus!!)
Have teaching experience in Business English and group classes.
Can speak Chinese(big plus!!!)
Have a functioning webcam, microphone, headset and high speed internet
Are computer literate

Our Classes:
Classes are 25 minutes long, taught over our online video software using lessons from our original curriculum. The focus is primarily on conversational English. Compensation begins at $6/25 minute class session, or $12/hour. Note that currently, our primary demand is for teachers between the hours of 7-11 am EST from Mon to Sun or from Sat to Sun and for teachers that are experienced in teaching kids, Business English and group classes. Please only respond if you can be available for some or all of this time bloc at least 2-3 days per week.
