We opened Qile Yuan and Qile Dalton Primary School and our student population in quickly growing. Our focus is to develop responsibility, independence and cooperation using the Dalton Plan. We provide an extensive professional development program for our teachers to help them develop the effective learning for each child.
We have the following vacancies:
1.Full time Primary English Teachers (Years 1-6)
We seek to employ well qualified teachers of English who are flexible and dynamic, possess a passion for child-focused learning and who are willing to learn how to adopt the Dalton Plan in their teaching.
Position requirements:
l A university degree, preferably with a teaching component.
l Passion for working with young children and seeking to be part of a dynamic team.
l Hungry to learn.
l A high level of English, good writing style and an effective teaching voice.
Whilst previous and related experience is preferred, we will consider new graduates with the appropriate skills. For those without a relevant teachingdegree, a Tesol or equivalent certificate is essential.

Hours: 8am -5pm, Monday to Friday.

2.Full time Kindergarten Teachers
We seek experienced kindergarten teachers of English who would like to work in an inspiring, garden-like setting with small classes, mixed age learning and an extensive outdoorlearning environment.
Position requirements:
Our kindergarten teachers will have a qualification to teach pre-primary children. They must possess a high level of English and a good understanding of the needs of children at this age.

Hours: 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday morning per month for Professional Development
