Job Responsibilities:1、全面负责跟进涉外企业（人员）客户服务工作建立涉外企业（人员）服务台账；Follow up International organizations customer service, build up service center.2、编制涉外企业（人员）客户服务工作计划；Schedule International organizations customer service working plan3、跟进涉外企业（人员）服务需求，并协调落实与检查结果；Follow any needs for International organizations and put them into actions.4、定期与不定期做好涉外企业（人员）客户服务回访工作，及时改善服务不合格项；Visit International organizations time to time and improve failed program5、积极研究外企（人员）商务办公、文化活动方面的需求，参与涉外企业文化活动的策划、宣传、实施全过程；Understand and find out what International organizations need in working and cultural program, take part in International organizations cultural program and responsible for promotion and whole process.6、多渠道架起中欧合作、交流渠道与平台，促进外企在本地的可持续发展；Build a platform for sino-europe cooperation and communication, to enhance International organizations’ sustainable development in Foshan7、营造积极的、健康的、融合的国际文化氛围。Construct positive, healthy and harmonious International culture Environment.
二、重点工作Key work:1、积极关心与关注涉外企业（人员）商务办公与文化活动方面的需求，高质量、高效率的为外企（人员）提供高品质的商务服务；Positively concern International organizations business and cultural needs, provide high quality business service for International organizations with high efficiency.2、了解与熟悉工作环境和公共资源，及时协调公共资源将涉外企业（人员）的需求落实到实处；Understand working environment and public resource, adjust and satisfy the public resource needs for International organizations3、努力营造国际化商务氛围，促使外企（人员）在佛山的商务合作、资本市场、人才与技术交流等方面不断推向积极的领域。Build up International business environment; facilitate International organizations’ business cooperation, enhance positive capital market, talented persons and technical communication in Foshan.
