To train and assist our IELTS students to master each of the four parts of the IELTS exam, according to learning goals set by the student and teaching staff. We expect weekly measurable progress for both the student to learn and for the teacher to gain additional IELTS skill sets.
Position requirements:
1) Have great passion, teaching patience and a teacher’s heart
2) Always be willing to listen to a student’s idea, be able to recognize a student’s learning challenges and creating solutions for their success
3) Possess a personal teaching perspective for at least two(or three) of the individual IELTS sections of listening, reading, speaking or writing. Also willing to learn new methodology in IELTS training, as well as sharing existing knowledge and training techniques with teaching colleagues
4) Have experience with teaching IELTS and the ability to manage and improve student’s individual and over all IELTS score
Site for workplace: Guangzhou or Shunde Country Garden.
Salary and Benefits：
1)3months for probation: 2000 RMB per month for 15 work days accessment period,and you will get the full saraly equal being a former teacher in enliten; boarding is covered （We will buy social insurance for you once you become a regular employee in our company)
2)teachers who meet the standard:
