-Prepare and translate the president’s speeches, reports and documents;
-Collect information and provide analysis to support president for strategic decisions
-Communicates with executives and divisional General Managers to gather/convey relevant information
-Prepare and draft reports / presentations for important meetings (the board meetings and other management meetings)
-Organize important meetings and business events on company level.
-Support president to implement important business plans among all departments on company level.
-Support president to maintain good relationship with customers and publish relationship.
-Organize president's domestic and international schedule;
-Accomplish all various tasks assigned by president.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Full-time bachelor degree or above, business administration, finance, economics, marketing and other related professional background, foreign work experience is preferred;
-5 years similar work experience in multinational corporate environment;
-High level of dedication, integrity and honesty;
-Strong organizing, planning & analysis skills;
-Strong communication skills, Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
-Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
-Accurate and well structured working style;
-Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, able to work independently.
