Annual Net Salary: ¥104,940.--¥259,800.
Subsequent Annual: +¥6,000--+¥24,000.
Transportation Benefit: One return economy-class air ticket, and transportation to and from the school when arriving and departing on that air ticket, on a carrier designated by the school, from the departure city designated in the contract of employment.
Visa/Work Permit: The school will arrange for and pay the cost of a letter of invitation,alienemploymentpermitandresidencepermitwith respect to a multiple entry visa for each academic year of the term of the contract of employment. The cost of the PRC medical check-up will be covered by the school after the employee arrives in China.
Degree Stipend:
RMB 10,000 - Master's Degree
RMB 20,000 - Doctorate Degree
Copy of Degree/Transcript to be submitted to HR before August 15th of each year for stipend adjustment, if required. Employees are entitled to only a single degree stipend per school year.
Responsibility Stipend:
RMB 12,000 - Department Head
RMB 15,000 - IB Coordinator
For leadership and coordinator roles. Such roles may require late holiday departure time and require early reporting time each year.
Returning Bonus: RMB 15,000 - returning staff. Payable in June or July, after completion of the school year.
Medical Insurance: 1st year employees: reimbursement of up to RMB420/month actual medical insurance premiums. 2nd year or higher employees: reimbursement of up to RMB840/month of actual medical insurance premiums or, at the discretion of the school, enrollment in the school group medical insurance plan with worldwide coverage (excluding the USA). Employees must provide proof of a valid full-year insurance policy and cover note in order to obtain reimbursement, on or before August 15th of each school year.
Accommodation: Furnished accommodation.
Utility credit - RMB300/employee. Employees are responsible to pay excess utility charges on a monthly basis.Employees are assigned accommodation according to availability and seniority.
Tuition Fee Discount for Dependents: 50% of dependents tuition fees. Only applicable to students attending the school where the employee is working. Maximum of 2 children.
Enhanced Benefits Package:
In order to be eligible for the enhanced benefits package, employees must:
1. Have completed 3 consecutive years of service;
Medical Insurance: Reimbursement of up to RMB840/month of actual medical insurance premiums or, at the discretion of the school, enrollment in the school group medical insurance plan with worldwide coverage (excluding the USA). Medical insurance for spouse and up to 2 children, as above.
Transportation: One extra round trip air ticket in economy class.
Inflation Contribution: CPI contribution, to be paid in June of each school year.
Accommodation Upgrade: Upgraded apartment on campus (subject to availability).
Experienced Employee Benefits Package:
In order to be eligible for the experienced employee benefits package, employees must:
1. Have a recognized teaching certificate and is not a retiree. 2. Have committed for 2 consecutive years of service with the school.
