1.Lead and develop ESD system for overall new workshop to meet electronics industry standard.
2.Establish, maintain and improve the ESD protection and ESD management system.
3.Interface with all departments required to efficiently expedite all documentations required and meet the ESD requirement.
4.Establish, Perform the ESD protection material,tool qualification.
5.Be a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements.
6.Investigate and troubleshoot failures to identify and resolve root cause of problems.
7.Coordinate, train and evaluate the ESD knowledge to all level staff inside plant .
8.Provide guidance or support to other departments on ESD related questions and problems.
9.Communicate and negotiate with foreign expert to execute improvement program
10.Co-ordinate and lead the ESD audit to ensure conformance to the audit.
11.Be the ESD representative for the plant.
12.Supervise, train, and direct both old and new employees in the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
2.5 years or above of ESD system development experience of driving team excellence.
3.Must have electronics product manufacture experience in a manufacturing environment.
4. Must be able to communicate well in English.
5.Proven leadership skills (lead and motivate people and project management skills).
6.Familiar with ISO9000 quality system, and qualified ISO9000 internal auditor certified.
7. ISO14000, OHSAS18000 experience and internal auditor will be preferred.
8.Expert knowledge of standard procedures and practices used in ESD handing operations.
9.Willingness to work with all levels of operational and professional staff across all shifts.
10.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and projects over a wide range of priorities to completion.
11.Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
