1.With standard English pronunciation, fluent in Oral English, Native English Speaker from USA/UK/CAN/AUS/NZ preferred
2. A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in English, language teaching, education or other related majors;
3. With enthusiasm for education, awareness of the cultural difference between Chinese and Western culture, and good communicating skills for different students.
4. Rich experience in teaching adults, and remarkable competence in organizing teaching activities. Acquaintance with BEC teaching preferred.
5. Observing the rules of our school, and without unhealthy hobbies and behaviors.
Job description:
1.Teaching and practicing oral English in the class According to the topic of the textbook. (students are mainly in their 20s and 30s)
2.Introducing the key and typical western cultural points when necessary
3.Aiming at improving students’ oral English and giving advises to them according to their class performance.
4.Organizing lively and interesting class activities for the students at regular intervals, such as hosting an English corner every week, etc.
5.3 options of teaching periods:
A class：evening classes from 6:30 to 8:30 on Mon, Wed, Fri
B class: evening classes from 6:30 to 8:30 on Tue, Thu, Sat
C class: morning classes from 9:00-12:00, afternoon classes from 1:30-4:30 on Sun.
