RECRUITMENT FOR SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER


Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Report To: Directly report General Manager in DongGuan factory

Working Location:DongGuan, GuangDong Province, China


Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Manager position requires the employee to ensure smooth implementation of manufacturing operations relating to various finance jobs in the factory. Such operations include but are not limited to ensuring the bookkeeping is managed in a thorough and efficient manner, making tax filings, reporting to the authorities and management team in a timely manner. The employee is also required to assist with the business activities. The incumbent should possess adequate ability to communicate with USA head office (in English), manage the colleagues working in more junior positions (in Chinese), and be able to resolve problems and requests raised during the daily working.

1.Principal Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Manager and support the factory with the various finance-related jobs including but not limited to:
Ensure the compliance with the applicable P.R.C. laws, regulations, codes and rules of accounting;
Ensure the bookkeeping, accounting and reporting is made in accordance with applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C.;
Maintain and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other documents;
Take responsibility for improvement of internal controls to maintain the effective fund/budget management, and provide the proper financial statements. Responsibilities include manage and oversee the purchasing of materials, inventory control, inventory costing and pricing, cash management and other financial management functions which are to be under the control of the Senior Finance Manager ;
Regularly analyze and check accounting data, identifying and settling problems in a timely and accurate manner;
Prepare and submit all related tax returns in time such as Individual Income Tax, Business Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.;
Be responsible for communication with various government authorities and other related companies, including the tax authority, social insurance bureau, housing fund center, banks and CPA firms;

2.Job Requirements and Skills
Excellent oral and written communication ability in Mandarin and English;
Good supporting attitude and skills;
Excellent in Chinese GAAP, China tax law, IFRS and USA GAAP;
Independently prepare and/or guidance to the local team junior staff with the accounting vouchers, ledgers and financial statements in English in a timely, accurate & efficient manner;
Provide reliable information relating to accounting & tax compliance and reporting package upon management’s requests;
Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines;
Be reliable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and must have the ability to work as part of the Management Team;
Be self-motivated, open-minded for the new change and/or the fresh knowledge;
Experience with accounting software and be good at Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


3.Educational Backgrounds
Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting, finance, economic or taxation;
Possession of certification as a middle level Chinese professional accountant is requested and CICPA qualification is a plus.


4.Experiences
5-8 years full-time related working experiences in Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprises will be a plus;
Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience working in manufacturing.
Experience dealing with China tax and regulatory matters required.

Maintain good relations across all departments and office locations to resolve problems;
Effectively communicate with both internal and external parties;
