Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
2.Adhere to established teaching curriculum.
3.Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
4.Document and share student grades and evaluations.
5.Maintain the health and safety of all students.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in teaching or other educational fields.
2.Strong classroom management skills
3.Ability to build rapport with students
4.Excellent written and verbal communicate on skills
5.Strong leadership qualities
Benefits:
1. Base salary: Ranging from $1,400-3,500 USD (9000-25,000RMB) per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
2. Monthly perfect attendance bonus: $75 (500RMB);
3. housing allowance: $300 (2,500RMB) per month.
