Job description
•Foreign teacher manager needs to master operating and teaching method of the online interactive platform that we have built to teachers and students.
•Recruit and train overseas teachers team, give constructive suggestions to improve teacher’s class performance.
•Collaborate with the teaching assistant team, operation team and academic team for improvement on curriculum and company’s courseware product.
•Required to complete some live classes with our platform according to schedule or sub some of the urgent live classes if necessary.
•Required to participate in video recording for team needs and to update recording as necessary.
•Working hours: Three days of the week day: 13:30-21:30
Weekends: 9:00-18:00/10：00-19:00/ 13:00-21:00
(PS: Flexible working time ,depends on needs, but maximum 40 hours per week )

Requirements
•Candidates with standard English Pronunciation
•A bachelor's degree or above
•2+ years teaching experience with Chinese students aged 3 – 10，online teaching experience prefer
•TEFL, TESOL, or other relevant teaching qualification
•Punctual, well-balanced, flexible, dynamic, creative and can work as a team.
•Photogenic on Internet camera preferred
