Responsibilities
1. Curriculum development and training. Be able to fulfill the demand of curriculum objectives, fulfill the entire work process, such as writing, sorting out a particular discipline (or subject) plan (teaching content and teaching activities), implement, evaluate and then revise the plan to achieve the ultimate curriculum set-up;
2. Design and plan activities and generate activity-curriculum and an implemental outline for 3-18 year-old students;
3. Train both foreign and Chinese teachers – need to be available to travel around China to different campus sites (trip allowances according to company policies), required to create curriculum outline, teaching assistant files (incl. Power points and Word documents), etc.;
4. Teach K12-related English courses – as a part of training assignment (the candidate needs to have front-line experience with the company) – if applied to the demanded situation;
5. Attend and assist any activities requirements by the company;
6. Seek for various international institutes and associations to obtain resources to combine with the needs of the supplementary requirements of the curriculum
and student activities.
Requirements
• Native English speaker preferred;
• Bachelor or Master degree of educational related courses, majored in educational field preferred;
• At least 5 years of related experience with reference letter;
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred
• 25 to 50 years old (exception allowed for excellent candidates)
Salary package: 15000-25000 RMB Monthly
