BUSINESS DEVELOPER role: (work visa, certain benefits, startup atmosphere...free coffee)
GOAL:
The goal is to find more reliable and talented foreigners to be featured on the app (already launched in December 2015) -- foreigners mid 20s to mid 30s is general target range. Those foreigners who have strong or unique (or both!) skills and want to be featured on the app, well, those are the people that need to be contacted and targeted. There's a Chinese marketing team in place to find local clients, and there's a foreign marketing team in place to help expand the reach of the app. Biz developer would be more concentrated on offline marketing/BD and lead generation.
REQUIREMENTS:
--Hands on experience with Biz development, knows Beijing and the right crowds / foreign connections/network.
--Often uses wide variety of apps
--Mid to late twenties is the preferred age for candidate
--Decent Chinese skills is of course helpful
