ODIPK strives to nurture global understanding through providing curriculum and educational approaches that are nearly identical to those practiced in the United States. At ODIPK, at least half of the child’s school day (4 hours) is completely in English while the other half is in Chinese. What is unique about ODIPK is that the children are not only learning English, but are also engaging daily in American culture and American ways of learning. This insures that our children will not only be able to succeed in China, but will also have the skills necessary to understand cultures different from their own enabling them to positively contribute to the global village.
More than twenty English native spoken teachers have ever taught and obtained rich experience in the school in past several years. We have a fun relaxed atmosphere in our school and enjoy a variety of activities each week.
