Payment: Paid by teaching hours. Hourly wage becomes higher when teaching hours is more and when students have higher level. Wage ranges from 18 to 25USD per hour.
Bonus: You shall get full-attendance bonus if you finish certain number classes scheduled every period.You shall also get bonus if you finish each one class on time.
Tech Requirements: Desktop or Laptop with fast and steady connection to Internet and high-quality access to the audio video settings of your desktop/laptop
Classes: Students aged from 5 to 16, one class includes about 4 students at the same level.
Training: You can enjoy a professional training about teaching skills and teaching methods for free. We have great software for you to use for teaching.
Requirements:
Degree:Bachelor or higher degree, English or related majors preferred.
Experience: two year or more online teaching experience, 5-13 years old kids teaching experience preferred.
Teaching certificate: Require over 100 hours TEFL/TESOL or teaching certificate from native country.
Accent: Require native speakers from USA/CANADA
