Job Responsibilities:
•Use the Virtue in an effort to mold the child’s emotional
and social well-being.•Provide stimulating and inspiring age appropriate
learning materials with appropriate levels of support that encourages children
to learn.•Allow children to problem solve in a guided environment.•Engage students in eloquent and meaningful conversations
in English and exposes them to a diversity of language uses and forms.•Provide appropriate behavior management using the Virtues
Project.•Maintains a portfolio with samples of students’ work and
can guide the child to meet personal levels of excellence.•Nurture a relationship with families to reinforce the
children’s well-being. •Actively participates in school activities (i.e. field
trips, assemblies, concerts)•Maintain a classroom that is clean and well maintained.•Demonstrate attention to: punctuality, attendance,
deadlines, compliance with policies and procedures. Most importantly
exercises appropriate professional judgment.•Provide basic caregiving
duties (utilizing universal health and safety precautions) for students.•Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
