Craftsman Asia is looking for a new recruitment consultant for its Beijing office. Recruitment agency specialized in the Finance professions, Craftsman HR Asia is a boutique recruitment firm. Around 10 young and dynamic people with large exposure to HR in Finance.
Missions:
- Building relationships with clients
- Developing a good understanding of clients needs
- Advertising vacancies appropriately and placing adverts using a wide range of media
- Headhunting – identifying, approaching and assessing suitable candidates
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short listing candidates
- Checking references and suitability of candidates before referral to employers for interview
- Arranging interviews for the right candidates with clients
- Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
- Offering advice to both candidates and clients
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous work experience. (Internship Accepted)
- Strong sales aptitudes is a must
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is a Plus
- Good communication skills, confident making cold calls
- Hard working ethic, committed and fast learner
- Results oriented
- Beginner in recruitment industry is accepted
Package:
5k + Commission + Benefits ( Overall package roughly 150k -300k +Annually )
