Payment:
Paid by teaching hours. Hourly wage becomes higher when teaching hours is more and when students have higher level. Wage ranges from 18 to 30 USD per hour.
Classes:
Students aged from 12 to 16, one class includes about 4 students at the same level.
Training:
You can enjoy a professional training about teaching skills and teaching methods for free. We have great software for you to use for teaching.
Requirements:
1 need to be active and love children
2Bachelor degree or higher
3 with rich experience in English Teaching in higher level and can involve and inspire students , Teaching students how to read ,write and speak English in a large and successful comprehensive, teaching according to the student aptitude,arousing the students potential energy,realizing all-round teaching goals , improving the students thinking ability and cultivation sentiment
4 need to be full of wit and critical thinking.
5 Require over 100 hours TEFL/TESOL or teaching certificate from native country.
6Require native speakers from USA/CANADA .
7 Be stable at least half a year ( Please consider your available hours and ability to maintain those hours for the length of their classes carefully, because parents will pay upfront for up to 22 weeks of your lessons .)
