The General English and IELTS teaching staff is responsible for a high quality English course that prepares the student to successful reach the IELTS level required by our partner schools.
Duties and Responsibilities
• As a member of English teaching team, carrying out teaching and relevant teaching activities under the leadership of the Head of the English Department, supporting all program activities, making sure teaching goals are successfully reached.
• Responsible for: lesson planning, learning support material, tutorial, homework correction, evaluation report, exam paper correction, student IELTS preparation, etc.
• As a teacher of one or more areas of English, teaching hours should be no less than 20 hours and office hours should be no less than 8 hours each week according to the syllabus and timetable.
• As a member of English department and IFC program, participate in all meetings, performance reviews, and teacher training organized and required by English department and IFC program.
Background Experience/Qualifications
The successful candidate should:
• Hold at least a bachelor degree, and CELTA experienced, IELTS examiners preferred
• Be creative, dynamic, student-centered and professional
• Able to design/plan classes
• Able to work in artistic environment
• Work with 3 or 4 other English teachers, and collaborate with studio and art theory learning department
• Be admin-conscious

Indirect payment
• The employee will be provided accident insurance within the effective period of the contract.
• The employee could get one annual international return air ticket (economy class) if the employee completes the full term of the contract.
• The employee is entitled to the following paid holidays and festivals in China: New Year's Day, Spring Festival, May Day, National Day and other holidays stipulated by laws and regulations.
