As manager of International Department, I need 2-3 foreign assistants help me carry out projects properly. We will visit foreign agencies, embassies, chambers of commerce very often and trying to cooperate with them. I personally have many connections with embassies, UN China office in Beijing, but I still need teamwork efforts to make something happen. Our partners including: National Energy Conversation Center, CCPIT Construction Industry Sub-council, Koelnmesse, etc. My friends who used to work for Russian Energy Ministry and Italian Consulate (Shanghai) gonna join my team but it takes time. I still need one assistant for the moment.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for coordination, cooperation with chambers of commerce, embassies, etc.
2. Responsible for international business development, carrying out comprehensive, wide-ranging and multiform cooperation, trying to use your fresh minds to deepen international operations.
3. In collaboration with various international projects implementation departments to track the progress of the projects, as well as coordinating and dealing the relationship among agencies, partners and institutions.
4. Responsible for inviting foreign exhibitors.
5. Responsible for contacting foreign press and assisting international media coverage and promotion.
