Native English faculty required, to join the exciting and dynamic English Department on the International Foundation Course.
Applications will not be accepted from those who have applied previously.
What we are looking for:
1. Native English teachers who have real experience in delivering an under-graduate level course in English (please note: this is not an “oral English” position only, we welcome applicants to apply who have experience in: teaching Academic Writing; and/or teaching English for IELTS; and, or Logical reasoning & thinking; History of Art & Design.
2. New faculty to have an academic teaching background. We do not require “business/corporate trainers”, “managers”;
3. Faculty, who join the Academic English Department, will be part of an exciting course which will integrate the subject areas above into the English course. We believe that by teaching English skills necessary for studying and living abroad, in areas which are relevant to our learner’s ultimate goal, will in turn boost their enthusiasm to study English.
4. Someone who is familiar with the duties and responsibilities of a professional tutor, and as such will follow the directions of the Head of English, Academic Director, and Program Director in a positive manner;
5. Someone who is willing to commit to a full-time position. This means any other employment is strictly prohibited.
