B Office Support Function
- Director Travel arrangements
- Organize and maintain schedules, manage appointments
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Devise and maintain office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
- Carry out specific projects and research
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required by Directors
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Manage all other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Above average undergraduate degree in a university with English as the medium of instruction (post-graduate qualification an advantage)
- Excellent English language skills essential (written and verbal communication); intermediate Chinese language skills preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), proficiency in inte rnet-based research an advantage
- Comfortable with arranging flight schedules and other related logistics – accommodation, transfers, e tc.
- Ability to work independently or in teams with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Meticulous, systematic, organized, responsible, open-minded and a quick learner
- Interest in and knowledge of China’s cross-border business engagement.
