Through out my experience of teaching with kids, one of the significant aspect I have learned and developed is to be patient with kids, and it worked a great deal for me.I had some behavior problems in class which got resolved over time. The solution was just being patient and friendly to the little boy and I got praises from the parents for my hard work, courage and patience.
