1. Bachelor’s Degree or above;
2. Native English Speakers from USA will be preferred, but other English Fluent Speakers are welcome;
3. 2-year working experience of teaching is needed, giving priority to those with senior high school and university teaching experience;
4. Good at teaching English Listening and Speaking; Having a strong desire to teach in China, being able to control the atmosphere of the class and can help develop the language ability of Chinese students;
5. Being patient in teaching and good at working as a team.
