I Am the Landlord, Not Realtor--A Studio Near Dongzhimen and Sanlitun, Open for Short-Term Rent
I am the landlord of a studio in Seasons Park, if you know the community well, I don't need to say anything of how impeccable its location is--it's within walking distance to quite a few bustling areas in Beijing, including Sanlitun Village, Guijie (a food street) and Liangma River. The subway station Dongzhimen along the Line 2 is also within walking distance. As another building next to the community blocked most of the street noise, you can enjoy wonderful quietness in the community.
The studio is well-designed with washing machine (which is also a dryer), microwave oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, a smart TV，a 1.5*2m bed with a IKEA spring LATEX mattress, a separate shower room, wardrobe and enough storage space.
I just changed a new set of curtains, including gauze curtain and made a thorough clean of the studio. It is open for short-term rent now. I've been living in this area for over ten years. Now I live nearby, if you have any issue with the apartment or shopping and eating in the surrounding area during your stay, you can always find me.
