You will share living room and bathroom, with other one rental guy.
The apartment is very close with TianTongYuan metro station, Line 5. The distance is 200 meters, around 3 minutes by foot.
Hope you have formal occupation, normal living habits and clean single lady.
I will sign formal rental contract with you, in Chines and English. The validity should be 24 months.
