Room is comfortable and has decent closet space, and a sizable balcony. Split shared housing costs (utilities average 150-200month). Rent paid in three month installments. Deposit is one month's rent. *Xingfucun Zhonglu is immediately North of and parallel to Gongti Beilu and the North Gate of the Worker's Stadium. It's a short walk (15 mins) to Line 10 Tuanjiehu and Line 2 Dongsishitiao.
Hello everyone, Rumbo(what we call this apartment:D) has the master bedroom with a gigantic patio facing the courtyard available now. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub;)
Rumbo has a great landlord who’s become a friend of people who stayed in it for about 10 years. We’re drawn to Rumbo for its openness and everyone who’s living here takes it as their home from home - it’s not uncommon that you see a roommate cleaning/tidying up the communal space, making the house nicer and nicer with no schedule or being assigned to. We care about it - those folks who started Rumbo more than a decade ago cared about it because they cared about people.
