It’s a 104 sqm apartment with 2 nice bedrooms( I live in one and renting the other room out), a big living room with two spaces for working or exercising, so it will be convenient for both of us. A clean and comfortable kitchen equipped with everything you would need for cooking. A clean toilet and a balcony.
Rent: RMB2300/month (one bedroom). Wifi, water,gas,electricity fees are shared, (less than RMB100/month)
Payment: 1 month deposite(RMB2300) + 3 months rent(RMB6900)
Lease term: 1 year
Location: subway line 15 HOUSHAYU station.
Surroundings: supermarkets(front gate & back gate)\cinema\gym\stores\business center\banks\parks etc.
Convenience:
A nice community, 2 gates and 24 hours security.
