It's an amazing location, steps away from Jing A, Great Leap, April Gourmet, the French Butcher, etc. The apartment is quite decent, much less expensive than other similar flats in the area (so it's a great deal), and I've been living there for 2 years now. Shared spaces: open living room/dining area, a large kitchen that's fully-equipped (microwave, 2 refrigerators, oven, stove), and a large balcony for hanging clothes/storage.
I'm a young professional who has been living in Beijing for 9 years. I have a normal office job, have a very early schedule during the week (as my office is quite far from home), and keep relatively busy. I'm polite, clean, respectful of space. Hoping to find someone who is very chill with a similar lifestyle.
The lease will need to be resigned soon, and it will begin from Oct. 17th. 6800/月 for the room, need deposit + 3 months rent, but no agency fee. The local police office is just around the corner so registration is very easy.
