I've had my Osprey pack for about a year now. I have taken it through the US and SE Asia, so it's def not new, but has no problems and works just as well as the first day I bought it. All features on the Osprey site are accurate! Let me know if you have questions! I just want to downsize from the 65 to the 55, since I'll be traveling again in 2 weeks!
