I know it's winter, but you should think about some summer fun now!!! I got a great rubber raft for sale for just 70 RMB, including two oars. THe raft can carry two persons and I used it 4 times for river cruises (yes, there are actually clean rivers in Beijing in parks which are really nice for a ride).

The raft is 6 months old, used 4 times.
